隐私政策

一、总述

Vitrine（下称「本应用」）是一款运行在 macOS 上的应用商店截图制作工具。我们编写本政策的目的很简单：本应用不收集、不上传、不共享你的任何个人数据。你的项目、图片与设置全部保存在你自己的设备上。

二、本应用在你设备上保存的内容

以下内容仅存储于本机（~/Library/Application Support/Vitrine 及系统偏好设置），从不离开你的设备：

项目数据：页面结构、文案、样式、模板等；
你导入的截图与背景图片；
应用偏好：界面语言、最近打开的项目等（保存在系统 UserDefaults）。

你可以随时在应用内删除项目与素材，或卸载应用以彻底移除全部数据。删除操作在你的设备上即时完成，不涉及任何远端同步。

三、我们不做什么

无账户体系：无需注册、登录，我们不持有你的任何身份信息；
无数据收集与分析：不集成任何统计、埋点、崩溃收集或行为追踪 SDK；
无广告与第三方追踪：应用内没有广告，不与任何第三方共享数据；
无网络上传：除内购与打开本政策链接外，应用不发起任何网络请求。

四、内购与付款

Pro 订阅与永久买断通过 Apple App Store 的内购系统完成。我们无法接触你的支付信息、Apple 账户或交易记录；相关支付信息由 Apple 依据其自身的隐私政策处理（可在 apple.com/legal/privacy 查看）。如需发票或退款，请通过 Apple 渠道申请。

五、系统权限

本应用不请求相机、麦克风、定位、通讯录等敏感权限。导入图片、导出成品均为你在应用中主动操作的文件读写，应用只访问你明确选择的文件。

六、儿童隐私

本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童，且不收集任何年龄段用户的个人信息，因此不存在儿童个人信息处理问题。

七、政策变更

如本政策发生实质变更，我们会更新本页面的生效日期并通过应用内提示等适当方式告知。继续使用本应用即表示你接受修订后的政策。

Privacy Policy

Effective: September 22, 2026

1. Overview

Vitrine is a macOS app for creating App Store screenshots. Our position is simple: Vitrine does not collect, transmit, or share any of your personal data. Your projects, images and settings stay on your device.

2. What the app stores locally

The following is stored only on your device (~/Library/Application Support/Vitrine and system UserDefaults) and never leaves it:

Project data: page structure, copy, styles, templates;
Screenshots and background images you import;
Preferences: interface language, last opened project.

You can delete projects and assets inside the app at any time, or uninstall the app to remove everything. Deletion happens instantly on your device with no remote sync.

3. What we don't do

No accounts — no sign-up, no login, no identity data;
No analytics or crash reporting — no third-party SDKs;
No ads or tracking — nothing is shared with third parties;
No network uploads — apart from in-app purchases and opening this page, the app makes no network requests.

4. Purchases and payments

Pro subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed by the Apple App Store. We never see your payment details, Apple ID, or transaction records — payment information is handled by Apple under its own privacy policy (apple.com/legal/privacy). For invoices or refunds, please contact Apple.

5. System permissions

Vitrine does not request camera, microphone, location, contacts or other sensitive permissions. Importing and exporting files only reads and writes the files you explicitly choose.

6. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from users of any age.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date above and notify you appropriately. Continued use of the app means you accept the revised policy.
