1. Acceptance
By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using and uninstall the App.
2. About the App
The App is a local AI conversation archiving tool for importing, browsing, searching, and exporting conversations you have with AI platforms (ChatGPT, Doubao, Qwen, etc.). The App is developed by an independent developer ("we") and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any such platform.
3. Your Data and Responsibilities
- Data source: conversation content is exported by you from third-party platforms. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to such content and that exporting it does not violate those platforms' terms
- Data storage: all data stays on your device. Device failure, OS reinstallation, or accidental deletion may cause data loss — use the backup feature regularly
- We accept no liability for any data loss
4. Subscriptions and Purchases
- The free tier holds up to 30 conversations; browsing, search, and reading are unlimited
- Pro is available as monthly, yearly, or lifetime, unlocking unlimited storage, extension capture, export, and backup
- Subscriptions are charged to your Apple Account and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; cancel anytime in Settings
- No data lock-in: existing conversations remain fully browsable, searchable, and exportable after a subscription lapses; only new imports are restricted
- Refunds are handled under Apple's policies
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Reverse engineering, cracking, or circumventing functional limitations of the App
- Using the App to store or distribute unlawful content
- Using the App to infringe others' rights
6. Intellectual Property
- The App software and its interface are the property of the developer
- Content you import remains yours (or its original rights holders'); we claim no rights over it
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the App.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be announced in the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
